Hannah worked as a paralegal for Eskinazi & Co from 2018 prior to GT Stewart taking over Eskinazi & Co and continued in this role until 2022 after being promoted to Trainee Solicitor (SQE) at the firm following completion of the SQE2 in October/November 2022.
Hannah has worked on cases within Public and Private Law. Representing parents in care proceedings, and also in private law proceedings concerning injunctions, residency and contact, specific orders. Providing one off advice funded by the Local Authority for Special Guardianship Orders. Also conducting own advocacy on cases and other solicitors as well, in both public and private law cases

Cases
- Representing a mother who lacked capacity and the OS was allocated as Litigation Friend for the mother, whereby she did not have a formal assessment for her lack of capacity and it was continuously assessed at each hearing by the judge.
- Advising family members in America in relation to a support package for the child they were caring for in readiness for final orders in the UK, and the implications for residency and adoption in America.
- Representing a father in care proceedings involving consideration of his capacity and ability to parent under a power of attorney
