Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing high quality legal advice and client care. If at any point you become unhappy with the service we provide to you, then let us know in the first instance by speaking to the person dealing with your case. If that does not resolve the issue, then speak to the solicitor supervising your case. Their contact details are available in the initial letter we sent to you. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please email Melanie Krudy m.krudy@gtstewart.co.uk or Greg Stewart g.stewart@gtstewart.co.uk so that we can do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If you would like a hard copy our complaints procedure please let us know and we can send a copy to you by post. If we are not able to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction within eight weeks, you have the right to make a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman.
