Lauren joined McGrath & Co as a Criminal Clerk in 2019 and went on to complete her Training Contract in 2021.

Lauren qualified as a Criminal Defence Solicitor in January 2022.

Lauren represents clients at both the Police Station and Magistrates Courts for a wide range of offences. This involves attending clients at the Police Station at all hours of the day and night and also over the weekends.

She has a friendly and calming approach with clients and always strives to achieve the best outcome at the Police Station and in Court. Lauren’s bubbly personality allows for a good rapport with clients.

Lauren is looking to complete her Duty Solicitor Qualification and is excited to further the career she is very passionate about with McGrath & Co.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys meeting up with friends and family for drinks and enjoys going to the Theatre.

Education and Qualifications:

• International Law LLB at Nottingham Trent University
• LPC at Birmingham City University
• LLM at Birmingham City University on the topic of The Youth Justice System
• Police Station Accreditation at Cardiff University
• Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors – January 2022
