Kambal has over 17 years’ experience in Divorce, Financial settlements, Children disputes ( including contested proceedings to remove children from  the UK and relocate to another jurisdiction) and Domestic Abuse cases.

Kambal frequently represents clients  both prior to  marriage,  in protection of  wealth  and assets acquired pre- marriage,  in advising  and drafting of   Pre- Nuptial  Agreements   and post marriage breakdown, on  divorce and in  Financial Court  proceedings, where alternative forms of dispute resolution have not worked, or may not be appropriate.

Wherever  possible, she  aims to negotiate a financial settlement without the need for Court intervention.

Kambal has expertise in dealing with matrimonial and  non -matrimonial assets and dealing with mid- high as well as  low  income cases and  is known for her methodical, pragmatic  and robust approach, whilst ensuring  her client’s financial needs post-divorce being met, are kept as  the primary focus .

Kambal has represented numerous  parents and extended family members ( particularly grandparents)  in Child Arrangements Order  applications, for spend time with, and live with Orders and has expertise in applying for emergency relief, such as injunctions, Prohibited Stes Orders preventing removal of children from the UK, and removal of  children  from another person’s care or  control/ school, or other place of residence and obtaining  Orders for securing passports, where there is a flight/port risk to children and  relocation applications  where  one parent wishes to  permanently change the child’s residence to another jurisdiction.

Her level of expertise can also assist with tracing a child’s unknown whereabouts, so as to re- establish contact with your children  and she  has frequently represented clients where  alcohol/ drug abuse, domestic abuse/ violence and child sex abuse have  featured.
