Denise is the Head of the Housing Department at GT Stewart. She qualified in 1992 and has since worked as a housing solicitor. She specialises in a broad range of housing litigation and social welfare law including possession, illegal evictions, anti- social behaviour, homelessness, judicial review and disrepair. She has worked for both the not for profit and private sector legal practices throughout her long established career.
Denise joined GT Stewart in 2011 when the housing team at Hartnells solicitors was taken over by the firm.
Denise is a member of the Housing Law Practitioners Association and participates on the Duty scheme at the Lambeth County Court.
She is ranked by Chambers and partners UK as a notable practitioner in the 2014 and 2015 editions.
Outside work, Denise has a keen interest in amateur dramatics and theatre.
