Salary: £24,748.50
We are a renowned multiservice law firm committed to access to justice. Our lawyers specialise in criminal defence, family law, housing, civil liberties and human rights. We are a Legal 500 and Chambers UK recommended firm who are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our Birmingham Office.
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 5.00pm. The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic and growing hub serving all our offices and they will be responsible providing exceptional service to our clients.
Role Requirements
Take inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered promptly and to meet set KPIs;
Answer all inbound calls from prospective and existing clients in a professional manner;
Screen telephone calls, taking relevant and accurate messages;
Accurate data entry;
Liaise with other departments;
Report technical issues impacting service to the IT team;
Assist the wider support teams and carrying out general administrative duties when required;
This is an office-based role.
About You
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Polite and professional telephone manner;
Ability to cope with tight deadlines, prioritise tasks and work under pressure;
Proven experience in an administration role;
Ability to learn quickly;
Excellent typing skills;
Excellent time management and organisational skills;
Able to work on own initiative and also as part of a wider team;
Experience using the Microsoft Office suite;
Experience in supervisory role desirable.
