DJ, 21 years of age, an alleged South London senior gang member accused of conspiring to possess firearms with intent to endanger life was unanimously acquitted on the Judges direction after legal arguments at the end of the Prosecution’s case at Inner London Crown Court. He was represented by in-house Barrister Ronnie Manek at trial with the case being prepared by Supervising Solicitor Mel Stooks assisted by Paralegal, Niall Shiels.
Successful acquittal 2
AG, a 17 year old boy, of good character accused of a serious joint enterprise group attack involving stamping on the head on a wealthy property developer in the heart of Broadstairs, was unanimously acquitted at the end of the Prosecution case at Margate Magistrates Court. After cross-examination of the complainant, the Prosecution found it untenable to continue with the prosecution with any prospect of a conviction and offered no evidence.
