Georgia joined GT Stewart as a Paralegal working within the Family Law team, in 2026.

Georgia was first drawn to a career in law while studying History at the University of Bristol, where she specialised in the histories of gender and sexuality.

Through Georgia's studies, she developed a strong understanding of the social inequalities that continue to affect vulnerable individuals, she pursued a career in law to actively challenge these inequalities and support people facing injustice.

Georgia is passionate about expanding access to justice regardless of clients individual means and circumstances.

Education and Qualifications

Georgia completed a BA History (First Class Hons) Degree, at the University of Bristol. Georgia went on to complete an MA Law (Conversion) at the University of Law in Bloomsbury, completing a dissertation examining the experiences of mothers alleging domestic abuse in private law children proceedings following the introduction of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021.  Her studies enhanced her understanding of the complexities of domestic abuse cases, and helped her to understand the importance of a trauma-informed, empathetic and tactful approach when guiding clients through such emotionally charged and demanding situations.

Notable Experience or Interests outside of Law

Alongside her academic studies, Georgia has volunteered as a consent awareness educator for KS3 students and regularly participated in the University of Law’s Family Law Advice clinic. These roles allowed Georgia to become comfortable with discussing highly sensitive topics in an accessible and appropriate manner while assisting clients with matters involving sexual and domestic violence, private children disputes, and public law proceedings.

Georgia is currently undertaking the SQE pathway to qualify as a solicitor. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, swimming, and exploring London.
