Elizabeth is a very experienced family law specialist having been admitted with the Law Society as a solicitor in 1996. Elizabeth joined Eskinazi & Co as a consultant in 2011 and moved across to GT Stewart Solicitors when the firm was incorporated.

Elizabeth specialises in representing:

• children and parents in complex public law proceedings including care and special guardianship and adoption. She receives referrals from Guardians and other professionals.
• Parties involved in child abduction cases through International Child Abduction and Contact Unit (ICACU)

Elizabeth is an experienced and confident advocate undertaking the majority of her own advocacy.

Elizabeth has also wide experience in private law matters and has represented Rule 16.4 Guardian when she has undertaken her own advocacy.

Elizabeth is accredited as follows:

• The Law Society’s Children Panel
• Accredited to take on cases from the International Child Abduction and Contact Unit (ICACU)
