The Law Society has conceded that Rebecca Hill of this firm had undertaken the required amount of professional development which is required to be reaccredited on the Mental Health Scheme and GT Stewart Solicitors has therefore withdrawn its claim in the High Court for judicial review. Rebecca Hill has today received confirmation from the Law Society that she has been reaccredited on the Mental Health Scheme.
