She is experienced in bringing judicial review proceedings and complaints regarding social care support for children in need and disabled adults and decisions made by government departments.

Rebecca frequently receives referrals from advocates, support and campaign organisations and charities to challenge public body decisions and policies which affect asylum seekers, refugees, unaccompanied children, care leavers, disabled adults, adults and children with mental health difficulties and families with no recourse to public funds.

Rebecca acts for both relatives and protected parties who are referred to her by advocacy groups and the Official Solicitor.

Rebecca also represents claimants in Human Rights claims who have been incorrectly diagnosed with Fabricated or Induced Illness which has led to childcare proceedings.
