We are seeking a permanent, full-time Administrator for our busy Hammersmith office to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and professional administrator who is looking to develop their career within a busy legal environment and gain valuable experience supporting fee earners and the wider team.

The Role
As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Hammersmith office and its Fee Earners, helping to ensure that matters are opened, maintained and progressed efficiently.
You will work closely with colleagues across the office and will be responsible for a range of administrative and legal support tasks, including file opening, telephone calls, matter input, case management system entries and Legal Aid administration.
This is a varied role within a busy legal environment and would suit someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail and is confident dealing with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Opening new files accurately and efficiently in accordance with firm procedures
Making and receiving telephone calls from clients, courts, professionals and other relevant parties
Inputting and maintaining accurate information on the firm's case management systems
Completing CMS entries and ensuring matter information is kept up to date
Assisting with Legal Aid applications and associated administration
Supporting Fee Earners with the day-to-day administration of their caseloads
Preparing and maintaining correspondence and documentation as required
Ensuring files and electronic records are maintained accurately and in accordance with firm procedures
Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional and helpful manner
Assisting with the efficient progression of matters and ensuring administrative deadlines are met
Maintaining confidentiality and complying with GDPR, SRA requirements and firm policies
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to provide an efficient and high-quality service
Undertaking any other reasonable administrative duties appropriate to the role
Person Specification
Essential
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, approachable and confident manner
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
Ability to priorities workload and remain calm in a busy environemnt
A positive, flexible and reliable approach to work
Ability to work accurately and efficiently when dealing with a high volume of information
Desirable
Previous experience working within a legal or professional services environemnt
Experience working with a legal case management system
Experience of Legal Aid administration
Knowledge or experience of P4W
Experience of file opening and client onboarding processes
