Sophie is a Supervising Solicitor and Higher Courts Advocate in Crime. Sophie regularly attends Police Stations, Magistrates Courts and Crown Courts defending a wide range of Criminal Law proceedings. She is also one of the supervisors of our Prison Law Team.
Sophie worked for Wesley Gryk Solicitors part time while studying then full time after completing the LPC. She started her Training Contract with them in Immigration and Nationality law. She then completed her Training Contract with GT Stewart Solicitors in Criminal Law and has remained with GT Stewart Solicitors ever since, gaining her Police Station accreditation, Duty Solicitor accreditation and Higher Rights in Criminal Law.
Education and Qualifications:
Law degree from King’s College London and LPC with The College of Law.
Other interests:
Sophie is Chair of Governors of Sandhurst Primary School in Lewisham and she volunteers with the Prime Time Child Contact Centre in Peckham.
