Seraphina Kilroy-Silk joined GT Stewart as a Paralegal in August 2025. In her role, she specialises in both private and public children matters providing comprehensive support to solicitors throughout proceedings. Her role includes document drafting and review, client liaison, legal research and attending court hearings alongside counsel to assist in the effective management of complex family cases. Prior to joining GT Stewart, Seraphina gained experience across a diverse range of legal practice areas from private client to planning law. Working for a Wills and Probate firm, she undertook pro bono work, supporting vulnerable and end-of-life clients through hospital and hospice in will writing and LPA drafting. This work required a compassionate and client-focused approach.
In addition, she contributed to a significant UK hospital refinancing transaction while working alongside the lead consultant at Linklaters LLP, allowing her to gain valuable exposure to high-value commercial matters. Alongside her legal experience, Seraphina has demonstrated a strong commitment to access to justice throughout her Master's degree by regularly volunteering at Pro Bono Family Law Clinics and taking part in the 2026 London Legal Walk. In this capacity, she assisted individuals facing challenging personal circumstances who had limited access to legal advice and representation.
Outside of her professional life, Seraphina enjoys spending time with her friends exploring new restaurants and cuisines. She has a strong interest in travel and is currently learning Spanish.
