Harriet is a caseworker in our Canterbury team. She joined GT Stewart in 2022, after moving from the Kent County Council legal team. Harriet assists Ryan and various other fee earners with the running of their cases. She is experienced in working with those involved in Public (Care) Children Act Proceedings. Harriet is confident in drafting a variety of legal documents, including responses to threshold and statements for clients. She attends Public Law Outline meetings with the Local Authority and has assisted on various complex cases, ranging from suspected non-accidental injury to potential fabricated and induced illness.
Harriet prides herself on her warm and approachable personality, making clients feel at ease in what can be highly stressful situations. Additionally, she has a close and supportive relationship with her immediate team and is a great team player.
Harriet attended the University of Portsmouth, obtaining a degree in Law with Criminology LLB (Hons).
