Emma joined GT Stewart as a Caseworker in 2026. Emma is a level 3 qualified paralegal, with over 20 years’ experience in family law.
Emma started her professional career in the Ministry of Justice, working at the County Court in Medway, then moving to a law firm to undertake specific family work, whilst gaining her paralegal qualification. Emma assists with all family proceedings including Care Proceedings, private law children matters.
She assists fee earners with the day-to-day running of their cases, opening new matters on our case management system, applying for Legal Aid, and assisting clients with enquiries.
Education & Qualifications
Emma has a degree in English literature from University of Manchester/Open University.
Level 3 paralegal diploma from Datala
Interests Outside of Law
Emma is currently undergoing a renovation project on her grandparents' old house for herself and her son to live in.
Emma and her son have a keen interest in hockey and often attend hockey games.
