Daniel Graham is a Family law Paralegal at GT Stewart under the MLaw Paralegal (QWE) Scheme which the firm offers alongside his studies at the University of Kent.  At University, Daniel has been an active member of the Kent Law Clinic in which he takes personal responsibility for managing real files under the supervision of qualified local solicitors, barristers, and academic staff;  Interview clients: undertake legal research and draft documents.

In 2025, Daniel was made a Law Clinic Student Ambassador in recognition of the work he contributed to the Law Clinic. 

Daniel is committed to helping clients navigate the most complex of legal situations while also providing a point of comfort and calmness in what can often be some of the most stressful experiences a person has to navigate.

Notable Experience or Interests outside of Law

Daniel currently the President of the Student Radio Society at University, having bought it back to life with 5 of his friends, and helped run events, including commentating on the 2026 Varsity events from the Kent County Cricket Ground. Daniel is a passionate sports fan, with a particular love of cricket and football.
