Alice joined GT Stewart in 2023 as a Solicitor in the Civil Liberties team specialising in actions against the police and state authorities.

Alice completed her training at Clifford Chance LLP, which included a secondment to the legal team at Liberty (National Council for Civil Liberties). She previously volunteered as an adviser at a number of law clinics, most recently, the Refugee Law Clinic. Alice developed an interest in civil liberties work through her experiences on the ground as a legal observer at various protests.

Alice is particularly interested in community responses to police and state violence and, outside work, is involved in organising spaces for creativity and access to arts following detention.
