Profile
Adam joined GT Stewart in September 2021 as a Paralegal in our Criminal Defence team based at our Hammersmith Office where he assisted senior solicitors on a number of complex Crown Court cases: from POCA, robbery, high value fraud, modern slavery to PWITS and attempted murder/murder.
He also had his own Crown Court caseload, under the supervision of senior solicitors, consisting of cases from malicious communications, burglary to possession of an offensive weapon.
Adam began his training contract in February 2024 and qualified in August 2025. He now handles his own complex Crown Court caseload and regularly represents clients at both the police station and magistrates’ court.
Adam has undertaken deprivation of liberty training to help those under the Mental Capacity Act. He previously represented clients, pro bono, at tribunals challenging PIP decisions on their behalf.
Adam also volunteered for Care4Calais, where he assisted refugees by connecting them with legal aid solicitors, helping them with their paperwork, and supporting them throughout the complex asylum process.

Counsel Feedback
-
“He has facilitated and assisted with many varied and frequent requests. He has done so efficiently, without complaint and with significant persistence with experts, the LAA and lay witnesses. That is in the context where we know how busy with other cases he will have been. He has been a real pleasure to work with and we are extremely grateful for his diligence and hard work. It has been a real team effort, and he has been a very significant part of that team.”
