    Mental Health Team Successes

GT Stewart was pleased to secure the release of two clients last week from detention under s3 of the Mental Health Act 1983.

Both clients were represented by Adam Marley, the Head of Mental Health Law who is based at our City of London Office and were successful in their applications to the First-tier Tribunal. In both cases the treating teams were resisting our clients’ discharges before the Tribunal and successful representations by Adam secured their discharge during the hearings.

If you require assistance from our Mental Health Team, please contact us on 020 8299 6000 and speak to one of our experienced and knowledgeable team.
