On Thursday 13th November, we had the pleasure of attending the University of Kent Law Fair.

Our team, Kristin Sharp and Mike Kendrick from our Family team, Lily Ward and Oskar Smith from our Criminal Defence team, and Matt Owen and Rhea Kristy Henry from HR, spent the day meeting students who were eager to learn more about building a career in law. Having representatives from different areas of the firm meant students could hear first-hand about the work our teams do and what life at GT Stewart really looks like.

Approximately 400 students from a wide range of programmes attended the fair, both within and outside of law. More than 30 organisations including local firms, international firms, chambers and other legal organisations took part, making it an excellent opportunity for aspiring lawyers to explore pathways, ask meaningful questions and make connections that could shape their next steps. It was fantastic to see the enthusiasm and ambition shown by so many future legal professionals!
