GT Stewart’s Leeds office acted for H who was charged with an offence of Handling Stolen Goods. The jury heard evidence in relation to a vehicle, valued at £16,000 which the prosecution argued was observed speeding, carrying false plates and driven by H.

This is the second successful outcome for the same client whose previous case was dismissed by the Court after legal arguments put forward by GT Stewart Solicitors on his behalf and a not guilty verdict returned.
