A Southwark family with a disabled parent received good news this week, when their child was offered a place at their first choice of secondary school. After challenging the Independent Appeal Panel’s decision by pre-action letter, our education law department was able to secure their 11 year old child an offer from the Ofsted Outstanding rated Academy.
