GT Stewart has expanded the Community Care Team in Leeds with the appointment of solicitor, Tracey Ling.
Tracey has a number of years experience working in public law and community care. She qualified into this area of law in 2013 and had experience as a paralegal in the area prior to this. She has experience in Court of Protection work and previous experience in education law.
She has a particular interest in work concerning vulnerable adults and children. She is passionate about carers (including kinship carers), children and young people getting the support that they are entitled to.
Tracey comments: “GT Stewart is committed in helping to ensure that justice is accessible to all sections of society. They have established a much needed community care team which has been primarily working in London providing advice and representation regarding social care and health care and support services. The firm’s ethos sits very well with the work that I strive to do and I am really pleased to be involved in further extending the service in the north.”
GT Stewart has a community care legal aid contract covering London, Yorkshire and Humberside. Tracey is also able to act for clients on a private basis.
