GTS today secured a suspended prison sentence for a client following guilty pleas to two counts of robbery.
XK pleaded guilty at Southwark Crown Court. A psychiatric report had been obtained on his behalf, which confirmed a complex diagnosis of psychosis and provided significant mitigation surrounding his mental health state at the time of each incident, and supported a submission for a Suspended Sentence Order with a Drug Rehabilitation Requirement.
The Judge accepted the mitigation and submissions, and XK was therefore sentenced to a Suspended Sentence Order.
