Sarah Memmi, instructed by Shelly Burroughs of our Croydon office, represented LH at trial at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey), appearing in historic Court Number One on one count of possession of class B drugs with intent to supply and one count of being concerned with the supply of class B drugs.
Sarah made a successful application to exclude damaging telephone evidence containing drug dealing text messages. The Prosecution were forced to review their position and ultimately offered no evidence on both counts. Verdicts of Not Guilty were formally recorded.
