GT Stewart represented K, arrested days after his 18th birthday following the fatal stabbing of 19 year old Jeremiah Sewell in a South East London park in the summer of 2022.

We recently acted in an inquest for the family of SOR, who sadly took his own life whilst an inmate at HMP Wandsworth, two years after his brother also took his own life whilst remanded at HMP Belmarsh.

We secured £2,500 in compensation for a black man who was assaulted and falsely imprisoned by a police officer following an accusation of shoplifting which was never pursued on 3 May 2018.

DP, a young 20 year old man, alleged to be part of a Peckham Gang, pleaded guilty to a joint enterprise shooting arising out of gang retribution attack from an initial attack by a rival gang member.

GTS today secured the acquittal of our client BA who stood trial at the Nightingale Court.
