Our client (B) was charged with having a bladed article in a public place and threatening another with a blade in April of last year.
B was of previous good character and suffered from mental health problems. Following discussions between counsel the Crown offered no evidence on both charges which resulted in him being formally acquitted and a non conviction restraining order imposed.
