Mike has been advising and representing clients for over fifteen years and is experienced in a wide range of Family Law cases with a particular focus on representing parents in Care Proceedings and Pre-Proceedings meetings. In addition to Care Proceedings, he has represented parents in private law children act disputes (such as residence, contact and prohibited steps orders) and in Non-Molestation Order proceedings. Mike has also worked well with vulnerable adults such as those with learning disabilities or mental health conditions. He has a very good knowledge of the law and has a friendly and approachable manner with his clients. He is now training to become a fully qualified Solicitor, building on the Law Diploma he attained through CILEX in 2019.
