GT Stewart represented SI who was charged with a serious assault following an incident with a co-worker which turned extremely violent. Our client maintained that he was not guilty of the offence and we prepared his case for trial. The complainant failed to attend court and the prosecution asked the court for an adjournment but this was refused. A not guilty verdict was recorded.
