We are delighted to announce that Alice See, Keiu Kikas, and Sabrina Neves have been shortlisted for the Rising Star Award at the Leadership, Influence & Inclusivity Awards 2025.
This award celebrates emerging leaders who have made bold and meaningful contributions towards creating a more progressive, open, and forward-thinking legal workplace. We’re proud to have three finalists recognised for their initiative, courage, and ability to lead with purpose early in their careers.
Each of our finalists has made an outstanding impact in their field. Keiu Kikas has shown exceptional resilience and initiative in how she strategises her cases, managing complex matters and securing excellent results for her clients. Alice See offers brave and creative solutions to challenges not only in casework but in the team itself. She is not afraid to fight for what she believes in and to protect the rights of her clients. Sabrina Neves consistently challenges decisions to prosecute children and many of her cases result in discontinuances or acquittals due to her tenacity and comprehensive knowledge of youth court law and procedure. Well done to our finalists and to all those recognised in this year’s shortlist.
The Leadership, Influence & Inclusivity Awards 2025 will take place on Thursday 4th December 2025 at the InterContinental Park Lane in London.
