Client charged with attempted murder represented by Clare Antenen and Melanie Krudy. He pleaded guilty to a lesser offence of wounding but the prosecution still insisted on a trial for the attempted murder. After fantastic work by his legal team our client was found not guilty after full trial.
He was then sentenced for the offence to which he had pleaded guilty. His legal team appealed the sentence to the Court of Appeal. This was initially refused by the Single Judge however Clare Antenen went before the full court who agreed with her submissions and reduced the sentence by 4 years - great work by the legal team and a very happy client.
