S was charged with two offences of assault by beating against two different complainants.
On the day trial all witnesses were in attendance. Following representations made by the defence advocate the crown agreed to accept a restraining order on acquittal. As a result of the representations made the Crown dropped the case against our client and a not guilty verdict recorded.
