Seraphina Kilroy-Silk joined GT Stewart as a Paralegal in August 2025. She supports fee earners with case management, preparing documents, attending client meetings, and assisting with court bundles. She also works closely with local authorities, medical professionals, and other organisations to gather key information.

Her experience spans a range of practice areas, including Pro Bono Wills & Probate work, supporting end of life clients in vulnerable situations. This role involved hospital, hospice, and home visits, as well as assisting fee earners by streamlining invoicing processes, attending client meetings, and reviewing documents. She also contributed to a UK hospital refinancing deal, working alongside the lead consultant at Goodwin LLP. Additionally, during her master’s degree, Seraphina regularly attended Pro Bono Family Law Clinics, supporting individuals facing challenging circumstances with limited access to legal advice.

Through these roles, Seraphina has worked with individuals in highly sensitive situations, deepening her commitment to accessible, compassionate legal support and strengthening her belief in social justice within Family Law.

Outside of her professional life, Seraphina is learning Spanish and enjoys the challenge of expanding her language skills. She is a passionate supporter of Liverpool FC and rarely misses a match. She also enjoys hands-on creativity through pottery making. In her spare time, she loves discovering interesting new places to eat and going to live music events. She is especially a fan of artists like Olivia Dean and Raye.
