Our client was found not guilty of the murder of his brother who he had stabbed and killed. Our client ran self defence and the court also left loss of control to the jury.
The jury accepted that our client had acted in self defence and acquitted him. This was a fantastic result for our client who was represented by senior solicitor Melanie Krudy and at his trial by Naeem Mian QC and in house counsel Ed Fenner.
