Charges of Concerned in Supply of Class A drugs - Accused of running the Marnie Drug line in and around Ealing/Southall.

GTS today secured the acquittal of five clients following a trial at Woolwich Crown Court lasting six weeks.

The defendant, who has previous convictions for drug trafficking offences and was facing a sentence in excess of the statutory minimum of 7 years were he convicted, was acquitted following a full trial of charges of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs and possession of class A drugs with intent to supply. 

Despite client being found in a parked vehicle amidst a plume of cannabis smoke and with class A drugs on the rear seat, Andrew Moxon of FME Part of GT Stewart Solicitors, was able to persuade the Magistrates not to impose a disqualification.

GT Stewart represented G who was charged with two shop thefts, assault and dangerous driving.

D, now 20, was charged with assault occasioning grievous bodily harm (GBH) on another young person at a party when both were only 16 years of age.
