GT Stewart today secured the acquittal of our client who faced trial at Medway Magistrates’ Court.

GT Stewart have today successfully opposed an application for a Sexual Risk Order (SRO) against our client E.

We represented a young adult who had been charged with two offences of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

Our client was charged with 10 offences of supplying Class A drugs. Over the course of nine months, Solicitor Helen Ricks diligently investigated and compiled evidence showcasing the grooming and exploitation our client endured since the age of 14,

Our client was charged with a serious offence that had been hanging over his head for almost 2 years. 

We represented a young adult of good character who had been charged with assaulting an emergency worker. It was the Crown’s case that in an attempt to get away from the police, our client deliberately struck a police officer causing them to fall and hit their head on the ground.

Our client, a man of previous good character and a military veteran, was issued with a Conditional Discharge for six months for possession of a number of weapons in a private place.

The case against our client under S4 of the Public Order Act has been dismissed, after an unsuccessful application for an adjournment by the Prosecution.
