A GTS client was acquitted of Rape this week at Doncaster Crown Court after a week’s trial which was fully prepared by Elizabeth Rowley from GTS Leeds office and his barrister, Charlotte Rimmer of Exchange Chambers managed to persuade the jury that they could not be sure of guilt following her skilful cross-examination of the prosecution witnesses.
