At Leeds Youth Court our client was found not guilty after a trial of repeated allegations of harassment. We managed to expose the fact that the officer in the case had committed serious breaches of the identification code of practice by showing a photograph of our client to a potential witness. As a result the quality of the identification evidence was fatally undermined and our client was acquitted. He was represented by Graham Whittingham at our Leeds office.
Criminal prosecutions are subject to complex and important rules of procedure which your defence team should fully investigate as any breach may result in an unfair trial.
