We are looking for a Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving helpdesk tickets on a first line basis, performing basic system administration tasks, and helping with the smooth operation of our IT services.

The role requires some expertise in Windows, Citrix, and MS Office tools, as well as experience in troubleshooting laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support by resolving helpdesk tickets for internal staff, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.
  • Basic system administration, including account creation, Office 365, and software installation.
  • Help troubleshoot our Citrix environment and escalate incidents to senior engineers when required.
  • Document processes, procedures, and resolutions in the company’s knowledge base.
  • Prepare and deploy new hardware such as laptops and phones to staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Windows environments.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Citrix or similar remote desktop solutions is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with system administration tasks such as mailbox management, user provisioning.
  • Being able to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Be a security minded individual, ensuring that security protocols are followed.
  • Min 2 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
