Sarah Memmi represented DA who was charged with distribution of Category A and B indecent images of a child, as well as possession of 38 indecent images of a child, including moving images, of Category A, B and C, and extreme pornography. Sentencing Guidelines for Distribution of Category A images alone provide a starting point of 3 years, with a range of 2-5 years. However, Sarah’s submissions in mitigation secured a sentence of 16 months suspended for 2 years.
