Charges of Concerned in Supply of Class A drugs – Accused of running the Marnie Drug line in and around Ealing/Southall – listed for a 4 week trial – initially advised to provide a comprehensive pre prepared statement in his police interview and this was followed by a detailed defence statement outlining challenges to the prosecution interpretation of the substantive ‘phone’ evidence and police observations – resulted in the CPS dropping the whole case against our client one week before trial.
