Sarah joined GT Stewart in April 21 after a career in the Government Legal Department where she advised on a wide range of public law matters. She can assist with defending possession proceedings and housing-related Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions, as well as matters involving homelessness and suitability of accommodation. She has a particular interest in judicial review, and housing cases involving domestic abuse, mental health and asylum and immigration. She has also been instructed by the Official Solicitor where parties lack litigation capacity.
Sarah’s clients have praised her commitment to their case and dedication to getting the best possible result.
Sarah is a member of the Housing Law Practitioners’ Association and contributes to a leading housing law blog. In her spare time she enjoys playing jazz clarinet and going to the theatre.
