Rachel is a solicitor advocate in the family department. Rachel has extensive experience in all areas including private law children matters involving contact and residence disputes, Special Guardianship matters for extended family members, public law care proceedings, child abduction, divorce and financial remedy disputes, domestic violence including Forced Marriage, Female Genital Mutilation Protection Orders, Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.
Rachel has an interest in representing young vulnerable parents with learning difficulties and mental health issues in private and public law matters.
Rachel is an in-house advocate who undertakes advocacy on her own cases as well as cases for other solicitors within the department. She has experience of representing clients at all levels of the family court system.
Rachel is a member of Resolution and is an honorary legal advisor at the Central Family Court Citizen Advice Scheme.
