Oskar is a criminal defence paralegal assisting with a wide range of criminal matters, from common assault and criminal damage to rape, Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH), murder, and more. Since joining GT Stewart Solicitors in September 2024, he has actively participated in client conferences and interviews at police stations, as well as the review and analysis of evidence, exhibits, and witness statements. Oskar’s responsibilities also include supporting foreign clients arrested for illegal entry, clients involved in drug supply offences, and vulnerable individuals accused of serious crimes.

Prior to his role at GT Stewart, Oskar worked at Vyman Solicitors in their Magistrates’ and Crown Court departments. Through placements at courts such as Canterbury Crown Court, Medway Magistrates’ Court, and Margate Magistrates’ Court, he gained invaluable experience and a solid understanding of court procedures and criminal practice.

In addition to his role as a paralegal at GT Stewart, Oskar is pursuing an Integrated Master’s Degree (MLaw) in Advanced Legal Practice at the University of Kent.

Oskar’s ultimate goal is to become a fully qualified solicitor specialising in Criminal Law. He particularly aspires to obtain Higher Rights of Audience and eventually qualify as a Solicitor Advocate.
