Nidhi graduated from Brunel University in 2019 with an LLB in Law. Following this, she pursued a general master’s degree, studying various aspects of law, including the Theory and Practice of International Human Rights, Banking and Technology Law, and Comparative Corporate Law. In 2021, she earned a 2:1 in her LLM.
Nidhi is currently employed as a Caseworker, assisting fee earners with public and private law children matters. She has worked closely with victims of domestic violence, supporting clients in obtaining Non-Molestation Orders. Her role involves correspondence with Local Authorities, Counsel, and various parties involved in proceedings.
Prior to joining GT Stewart, Nidhi worked at Dawson Cornwell LLP, where she assisted fee earners on cases with international elements in the High Court.
Nidhi is currently studying for the SQE exams and aims to qualify as a solicitor, with a focus on practicing Family Law.
Nidhi represents clients that:

- Are parents in Private Law Proceedings where they are made a party to proceedings
- Are parents and other family members facing the most serious of allegations that a family court can deal with;
- Vulnerable adults and those with learning difficulties and learning disabilities;
