Kristina joined GT Stewart in July 2024 as a paralegal in the Family and Childcare department, where she supports a wide range of family law matters, including Care Proceedings, special guardianship, adoption, and Private Child Matters.
In her role, she works with a diverse range of clients, including children, vulnerable adults with learning difficulties and disabilities, incarcerated parents, and parents and family members facing serious allegations.
Alongside her work at the firm, Kristina is pursuing an Integrated Masters (MLaw) in Advanced Legal Practice at the University of Kent. She also works as a Targeted Outreach Ambassador at the University, collaborating with professionals and care-experienced young people to help them transition into higher education.
Kristina is committed to qualifying as a solicitor, specialising in Public Family Law.
Kristina represents clients that:

- Parents that are incarcerated
- Are parents and other family members facing the most serious of allegations that a family court can deal with
