Isabelle Williams joined the Criminal Defence department at GT Stewart in 2025.

She has always had an interest in Criminal Law and has demonstrated a strong commitment to criminal justice throughout her academic and professional journey. Her interest in this area has shaped her legal path and has given her the opportunity to support prison and human rights law cases with the Intervene Project as well as work in rehabilitative services in the U.S. with OAR.

During her legal work experiences, Isabelle has had the opportunity to support a number of meaningful cases. While completing a legal vacation scheme with the Intervene Project, she was involved in matters relating to prison and human rights law, providing support to incarcerated individuals.

Outside of work and study, Isabelle enjoys hiking and exploring new places. Travel has always been something she enjoyed, helping her stay grounded, open-minded, and inspired by different cultures and perspectives.
