Ghazala Parveen joined GT Stewart as a Prison Law Supervisor in August 2025. She has over 30 years of experience in the legal profession and has specialised in Prison Law since 2010. Ghazala’s expertise covers parole reviews, adjudications, recalls, and categorisation, IPP sentence termination, with a strong focus on human rights, justice, and rehabilitation.

Ghazala manages complex cases and supports the development of the team. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to advocating for fairness and second chances within the civil and criminal justice system.

Notable experience or interests outside of Law

Ghazala has served for over 20 years on the board of a charity supporting disabled children and their families. She is committed to inclusion, equal opportunity, and social responsibility. In this role, she has helped shape the charity’s strategic direction and supported initiatives that improve access to services and promote meaningful community involvement for children with disabilities.
