Ana has over a decade of combined experience in the Immigration Upper Tribunal and Magistrates’ Court as a clerk and judicial liaison, assisting in courtroom proceedings, case management, and recording thousands of cases during this time.
Her previous experience includes serving as a partner in a small business enterprise and, prior to that, working under DEFRA for the Environment Agency, where she provided business IT support, maintenance, and project development.

- Present: Police Station Representative Accreditation Scheme Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (Level 6) – Criminal Specialist Pathway
- OISC1 – Introduction to Immigration
- The Honorable Society of Kings’ Inns – Diploma in Legal Studies

Notable Cases:
Over the years, Ana has handled thousands of cases in both the Magistrates’ Courts and the Immigration Tribunal. While the nature of her work does not permit the retention of individual case files, she has actively contributed to specific cases at the request of individual judges. She has worked with Mrs. Justice Emma Arbuthnot (then SDJCM), SDJ Paul Goldspring, DJ John Zani, and DJ Goose, the latter commending her for extensive research and cross-agency work that led to the discharge of a requested person facing a Polish extradition request.
In 2013, she was also seconded to the Mark Duggan Inquest Team.
